Terms of Use

MatXP provides software for academies to manage members, class bookings, memberships, payments, media, feedback, training records, and progress information.

When you use MatXP through an academy, you must also follow that academy's own membership, booking, payment, training, safeguarding, and conduct rules.

• You must provide accurate account and member information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• You must not access another person's account or member record without permission.
• Parents or guardians should only manage junior member records where they have authority to do so.

Bookings, memberships, trials, cancellations, refunds, and class access are managed by the academy that provides the training. The academy decides its own prices, access rules, payment terms, and cancellation rules.

Card payments are processed by Stripe where enabled. MatXP does not store raw card numbers.

• Class replays, photos, technique videos, and feedback are provided for training and academy use.
• You must not copy, share, publish, or misuse private academy media unless the academy has given permission.
• Photo and video consent may be requested separately where the academy uses those features.

• Do not use MatXP to harass, abuse, impersonate, or mislead anyone.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, private, or inappropriate content.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, scrape private data, disrupt the service, or access data you should not see.
• Admins must only use member data for legitimate academy purposes.

MatXP may change, improve, suspend, or remove features over time. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available or error-free.
